Professional Development

GOWI offers several courses for professional development. These start at an ‘entry level’ for interns as they begin their careers, to C-suite executives and working with the Boards of organisations. 

Course are personalised for each client and material is continually evolved to reflect new thinking, latest insights and academic research.

Leadership Development

We work with leaders around the globe, across public, private and third sector organisations, to help them be authentic, inspiring and respected heads. And to empower them to build senior leadership teams fit to deliver the strategic aspirations and ambitions of the organisation.


Leadership Groups

We facilitate a group for leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners to meet and continue to build their practical skills to drive success across their organisations. The peer group feedback is a fundamental support and learning tool. These confidential, high quality learning environments have been described as ‘the board you can’t afford’ by members.


Jane is an ILM qualified coach and delivers professional coaching to individuals either as a standalone engagement to support a client to achieve a certain goal, or as part of a change programme or culture piece within an organisation where more than one employee may receive a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions to support them through the transitions happening in the business.​
