Optimising Remote Working
Following the biggest global working from home experiment precipitated by Covid 19, we work with organisations who now have a more distributed workforce.
Some have returned to the office full time, others divide their time between the office and home and an increasing number are now working from home almost exclusively. Here at GOWI we work with our clients to ensure there is parity across all parties, that communication, culture and creativity are not negatively impacted by this new distributed workforce.
The focus is on how we work, not where. We provide virtual training and discussion sessions, communication workshops, high performing team programmes and regular coaching and ‘temperature checks’ to allow leaders to know they are continuously checking the balance across the organisation, listening to the staff and adjusting as necessary. We help organisations to fine-tune, to allow people to operate at their very best with so many new landscapes.
